The Factors
There are many factors that all together make either the perfect time or the worst
Setting
The setting of a restuarant has to be in keeping of the area it is in and has to be consistant though out for example a nice country pub would look good with a roaring fire place not with a plastic play pen area / ball pit
Ambience
The ambience fits in with the setting of the restuarant as it make your feel comfetable and at peace other wise you would be able to get relaxed and enjoy your meal
Menu
A good restuarant always comes up with new dishes and this doesnt nessercelry mean changing the menu but means that the speicals change with at least some speed (like at least 4 every 2 weeks ) also it is the norm for a menu to change depending on the season.
Food
Maybe the first thing you think of in meal is ofcause the food so if that is bad it will ruin your whole night or possibly week and that is why i think being a chef is one of the hardest jobs there is as your trying to craft a beutiful symphony and there are a tousend and one things that can go wrong buts it's your job to stop them from doing so.
Drink
Drink is a way to level up your food because just as a sauce should complement your food the wine you drink should also. It is so important the most resturaunt now employ a sommelier ( a professional wine and food parer) to make sure the customer gets the very best experience the can
Food Service
Like setting and ambience food service can leave a sour note it your mouth if it isn't right so getting it mright is just another instument inthe orchestra that is eating out
Design
A meal in most cases isn't just slapped on a plate and sent out but is placed on after care consideration for each dish and the centre of height ( the height the food has on a dish).
Execution
Every dish has to go out the same to have consistant and standerdised quality. This is extremly important when sending out high class food and also when serving event as it just showsyou've take the time and cared for your food to have it look as good as it tastes
